RM Sotheby’s London auctions wrapped up this past week with some record-breaking results. Highlights of the vehicles on offer, included a strong showing from a brilliant collection of low-mileage Porsches, many selling above their high-estimated values. Good news for Porsche collectors, as so far the marque has fallen almost 4% year-to-date in the HAGI-P Index.
Also included in the top sales were two Aston Martin DB4’s – including a 1960 DB4GT selling for over $3M USD and a Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster at just over $1.05M USD.
Congratulations to RM Auctions on another successful event following their strong sales at Monterey in August. Watch for the next RM Auctions event taking place in Hershey, PA on October 6th & 7th.
