A blend of pure artistic expression, idealism and moving machine, RM Sotheby’s offered and sold an undeniably significant trio of concept cars most commonly referred to as “The BAT Alfa’s”.  The sale of the renowned trio of Alfa Romeo Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica concept cars, B.A.T. 5, 7 and 9d, sold for a deservedly high $14,840,000 during Sotheby’s Contemporary Art Evening Auction held on Oct. 28th, 2020, setting a new record for the most valuable post-war Alfa Romeo sold as a single lot at auction.
