An excitingly diverse mixture of interesting cars both old and new were exhibited in the grounds of Villa Erba over this past weekend with the auction event hosted by RM Sotheby’s. Crossing the block at Villa Erba 2017 were some exciting offerings in a magnificent and historic setting.
Included in this elaborate group of automobiles, a 1928 Mercedes-Benz 680 S Torpedo-Sport Avant-Garde by Saoutchik, an un-driven almost 25 year old Porsche 911 Carrera RSR and a ‘newer-classic’ 1990 Ferrari F40.
Throw into the mix cars such as the timeless 1930 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 Gran Sport Spider and the futuristic 2016 McLaren P1 GT. There was truly something for everyone.
